Would it be a problem to stream video from my local network using the Jellyfin server to another location through the Cloudflare Tunnel?
If so, what other way can I do this, without breaking the terms of use?

Cloudflare isn’t very clear about this in my opinion. Their terms of service writes that any excessive amount of non-HTML traffic is disallowed (2.8), but at the same time they published a post on their blog in 2021 about how Cloudflare Tunnel could be used for streaming live camera footage.
A clear statement from Cloudflare regarding this would be very much appreciated.
