Questions about the account suspension

I found my domain is failing to resolve. My custom domain email is not working. After checking, I noticed that my domain doesn’t have any NS records now, causing it fail to resolve.

Then I found I got an email two hours ago saying that my account is suspended. I didn’t do anything special, so I don’t know why my account is suspended, but I immediately sent an email to [email protected] .

I would like to know how long will they reply in general? Because my custom domain email is very important to me, the not working domain records brought severe impact, I’m eager to know when the issue will be solved.

No-one on the community will be able to give you an answer to that - anything that is handled by Trust & Safety is exclusively handled by Trust & Safety, no-one else has any insight into their cases.
