Is there a way to escalate this to Cloudflare support since the domain registration failed, even though the payment was processed?

I´ve a free plan. I cannot open a registrar ticket

Customers on every plan type can open Account, Billing, and Registrar tickets.

Actually, that is the correct answer. Select Registrar as the category. The Community cannot assist with Account, Billing, Registrar, nor Trust & Safety issues.
