Question regarding Wordpress APO plugin

I would like to ask, in regards to the Cloudflare Wordpress APO plugin. I personally am very particular and nit picky when it comes to choosing and deciding to install a plugin onto my website to avoid bloat etc.

Does the Cloudflare Wordpress APO plugin add any database tables and or add any new files and folders onto the site server files?

And if I were to one day decide to remove the plugin, does the plugin leave any of their traces behind inside my server files and database tables?

Does it completely uninstall and remove it like it never existed before?

As far as I know, but I haven’t combed through every directory and every database table to look for traces. I suggest you give that a try on a test site.
