Question mark appears in email

I’m new to cloudflare so I have no idea where I’m going wrong, but when I send email through webmail to any gmail account, a red question mark appears on the profile. I was not facing this problem when my dns was my hostprovider.

Assuming you are talking about the content, it is very unlikely to be Cloudflare related.

Can you post a screenshot?

The ‘red question mark’ in Gmail is caused when the email was not authenticated by SPF/DKIM. If your didn’t get this before you changed to Cloudflare, you must have had the relevant records at your host. You should look for them there and add them to cloudflare.
