Hi, I am having the same issue. I have no way of disabling argo for a domain that was transferred away by a client and i’m still getting charged for months. Had a support ticket out for over a month now with only replies being ticket should be responded to usually within 24 hours.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Can you share that ticket number?
