Question about origin cache control, cache level

hello CF admins,mvps and mods how are you? are you safe from the corona virus?

i have a page rule like hostname.com/*.html
Cache Level: Cache Everything, Origin Cache Control: On

and all my page responses have header Cache-Control: public,max-age=14400

intention is cache the page for 4 hours (14400 seconds)
and re-fetch the page and serve the cache for another 4 hours and so on.
can it work this way? i don’t know how to verify it works or not.
i hope someone will help me here.
