Question about Load Balancer and Storage Images

Hi, i have two questions.

  1. Is there a load balancer in Cloudflare’s free package? Otherwise, how can I find out the pricing? (“cloudflare.com/load-balancing/“)

  2. Also, can I cache users’ profile photo in Cloudflare’s free package? A photo will be about 500kb-1mb.

  1. You should see Load Balancing in the Traffic section of your domain at dash.cloudflare.com. Mine is behaving like an account-wide subscription, so I can’t tell how it looks on a free plan. Billing is explained here:

  2. If that profile photo is used for your website, then you can certainly cache it here. It would be cached by default.
