Question about CDN

Hi,

We have a VPS currently hosted in Germany. It needs to be hosted in Germany due to customer requirements.

We’re using a 3rd party Hosting provider for this (Hetzner). I would like to move this server to be hosted on our own private cloud which is in a data centre in Ireland. This would mean of course that it would have an Irish IP address. Do Cloudflare have a CDN host in Germany that users would pass through, thus meeting the customer’s needs?

Cloudflare does have data centres there, however there is no guarantee even German traffic will go through them. International traffic definitely wont.
