Hi,

One of our client has contacted us to get their domain control panel access (Registrar: Cloudflare, Inc.)

Their web developer sold the domain and presently not accessible. Office is in Myanmar and they are in serious trouble due to this issue and their business is facing losses. How can we help this business to recover their domain and update the nameservers urgently? Please guide us, thanks.

The domain shows the following details in whois -
Registrar: Cloudflare, Inc.
Registered On: 2011-10-04
Expires On: 2024-10-04

Hi @TechSupportPrime.Com you should open a Registrar ticket with the Support team. Include the name of the domain and the email address that controls the account with the domain.

Can you reply to the ticket 3163424 from the Super Administrator email for the domain you are trying to access?
