Reading the documentation, if I don’t have to pass anything to the service, I could just add the HTML tag and create the trigger. Is that right?

Thanks, it works. But it’s really just injecting the code, like Google GTM, right?

Any chance of having this added to the tag list, please?

Yes, Custom HTML is working client-side. RE adding Quantcast, we are soon to open source Managed Components, and so vendors (and just individual contributors) could launch new integrations easily. See this: https://blog.cloudflare.com/zaraz-open-source-managed-components-and-webcm/
