Q: Warp stay on Connecting

Hello friends;
I can connect with Cloudflare Warp with ISP1 and ISP2, but it doesn’t connect with ISP3.
What is the reason? Is Warp blocked in ISP3?
There is no way I can connect?

I have the same issue. I’ve downgraded to the last working version for me: Version 2023.3.450.0
