Puzzled - Failed to validate requested hostname - Origin Certificate

I’m getting the issue - “Failed to validate requested hostname” when issuing a ticket, the domain is pointing at Cloudflare and I can see that:

In the dashboard I have this message:

Any ideas? I’m out of them! Many thanks in advance

Did you have DNSSEC enabled on your domain before you did the transfer?

Apologies, actually it isn’t enabled, I’ve just double-checked the domain, instepsdance.co.uk

It looks like it’s just stuck at pending name server updates but it’s definatley showing Cloudflare name servers

Something is probably stuck, then. Open a ticket via email: support AT cloudflare DOT com

and then post the ticket # here as soon as you get the autoreply.

Not according to the Internet, which shows the domain is signed, and the registrar is 123-Reg.

Ahh okay, how is this removed? It’s not done through the registrar I take it? (123-reg in this case)

It is done through the Registrar. I’ve escalated your ticket where I can, as it is possible that CF can fix this in the middle of the transfer.
