Push vs. Pull CDN if Cloudflare Images Is Added

My company was offered a basic plan with Cloudflare as part of a server hosting package with Liquid Wed. It is my understanding that Cloudflare is a pull CDN. However, there is an option to add “Cloudflare Images”. The description states that I can store, resize and deliver images after uploading them to Cloudflare for a fee. Would that make the CDN operate like a push CDN?

That is more like an Image hosting service, rather than a CDN. At this stage Cloudflare CDN is only one of many different products that they offer.

Would that lower TTFB and largest contentful paint? We are considering these resourses to increase loading speeds as our site is image heavy and can lag at times.
