Purging cache isn't working on pages when loading from Israel and conneced to FRA

We have an issue renewing pages,

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hi

We changed our page and tried to view the changes, but we don’t see those changes taking place.
When purging a page (https://easy.co.il/page/2634176) - we are getting the old version of this page from the cloudflare cache.
We checked with firefox, chrome, safari, and even CURL
All of those gave us the same result.
the pop we connected to was FRA, but different pop (MDR, ATH, SOF) gave us the correct page.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Changing the content of the page, purge via purge URL and try with a browser or CURL.
There are 2 pics - one is correct and one isn’t
Have a look at the time (marked) - the correct version shows last-modified: time BEFORE we changed the page.
