Purge Question

We had used CloudFlare about 3 weeks and due to some company-wide email issues and website downtime issues, we canceled and deleted all things CloudFlare. Everything was removed but today an email issue popped up and the site went down. MediaTemple keeps saying it’s a CloudFlare issue but we deleted everything for almost a month now with no issues. Checked my audit log and a “purge” occured today in the account. Is it possible that something is still causing problems even though we deleted everything?

As long as you changed your name servers, everything should be fine as propagation is usually under 48 hrs. Here is a tool to verify your NS.

As for the issues with mail, those are pretty simple to resolve and if you want to protect your site with Cloudflare again, it doesn’t take long to get a response from here or support.
