Purge Cache Problems

I am not able to purge page CF cache. I receive these two errors:

  1. Unauthorized to access requested resource (err code: 9109); and

  2. An error occurred while cleaning the cache. Please check log file for further details.

I am not well-versed in code and don’t want to lose my website and be in worse situation than before trying to fix this.

Is there any content which has not been purged at all while you get this error?
