I have been waiting to set up my Domain since 23 April but have no idea whether or not I actually have the domain as there is a credit of 0.00 that has been sitting in my bank account since the 23rd and has not yet cleared. The domain is still showing as available. Payment Error received: something went wrong. Try Again. But, Credit card shows a 0.00 billing so something went thru. How do i sort this out so that I have a domain to use? or do i have to wait for the 0.00 billing to clear to know whether a payment will go thru? Usually, with other companies I can access my domain immediately so this is very frustrating. I contacted support and just got a copy/paste reply that didn’t help at all. So far, the whole experience has been unimpressive to say the least.
