Purchases made with card with Redsys spain are not completed in the server. The payment is OK, but the puchase detail is not create in our prestashop

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We talked with Redsys spain support and they say that the problem is Cloudflare. Proxi block. ISP problems

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Redsys virtual app payments

You can check on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events why a request to your server was blocked.

Also, keep in mind that Cloudflare is currently blocked in Spain during football matches, which might also cause these issues during that time.
