Purchased cloudflare professional but didnt work

Hi,

I purchased cloudflare professional and used my credit card. However the next time I checked my account it was set on “free”. So I wondered and purchased it again. Same happened again. And I purchased it again.

Now my account is still on “free plan” and I want to stick to that. are there any billing related issues that came with that? Under my settings “billing” there are no entries.
