We had a business plan. There was a problem with the payment card and the payment did not go through. The invoice has now been paid. The plan is still free. How do we get it to be a business plan?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
All settings have been reviewed. We cannot resolve this issue. You will receive a plan change from free to business. We have paid all invoices. This applies to three domains.
