I have tried to contact support continously , yet I have only received only automatic mail replies

I you create two invoices then pay only one… cloudflare will see that there is a pending invoice . but you have already pay the latest invoice.
This is unexpected . I experienced since my OTP was delayed and I tried to purchase the annual plan of business of cloudflare.
I have currently followed up with cloudflare support team for 2 months.
And the funny thing is if I check for a live support , it says that you are in free plan , and subscribe to business plan.
Hope I get a resolution
