Purchase of Page Rule does it comes with Bypass Cache on Cookie and Cache By Device Type settings

Hi all,

I am on free plan and trying to use page rules to help in caching my site. In the free plan there is no Bypass Cache on Cookie and Cache By Device Type settings for selection as they are in business and enterprise plan. These high end plans are far out of my reach and was trying to find alternatives.

Can I check if I purchase new page rules as a free plan, will I get to have these settings since I am paying monthly subscription for the rules?

No. You need to change plan to avail of those features. You can achieve similar results with Workers, above will help find some previous threads.
