Hi Guys
I hope you could help me with something
I get this message every time I want to post an article ‘’ Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.’’
I contacted my hosting provider ‘‘Namecheap’’ and they told me this: ‘’ As far as we understand, the error appears when using a third-party tool/service with the domain. Unfortunately, as the DNS for the domain is not mentioned with us either, we cannot check on the current DNS settings or the service that provides the error at the moment.
In such cases, it is best to double-check the company the service/tool is managed with and double-check what may cause such errors in their system’’

So here I am contacting you hoping you can help me.

Google is full of articles on this error. Give some of their solutions a try.

I tried most of them but nothing worked. and when I contacted my hosting provider they said “'the error appears when using a third-party tool/service with the domain”’ which is Cloudflare and therefore I contacted the Cloudflare community.

Use the Overview tab at dash.cloudflare.com and put the site into Development Mode.

If that doesn’t fix it, click Pause Cloudflare on Site in the lower right corner of the Overview tab, then wait five minutes before testing again.
