Public URL 404 ERROR - suddenly with no changes to anything

Without making any changes to my public index.html file in over a year, not changes to any domain configurations in over a year, all of a sudden, when I access my URL, I get the following:

404 Not Found
/dHZp2P3pPZWxf6QWZ5bYZZVa3Mc7Z90ZZZkZJO9x7ZalqsD3V3NhVCFBdtPaXiSHdbEjy7/index.html

Any ideas?
