Public IPs keeps getting blocked when accessing zendesk APIs

Hey, so we have machines in private subnets which access internet from Natgateways. Now for last 2 our Machines using these natgateways are no longer able to access zendesk apis. What happens is after certain time when test using curl we get couple of response with 200 but then again we start getting 403 from cloudfare. I was wondering if this is happened to anyone else. How can we avoid this in future and also how can we request Cloudflare to unblock our IPs.
