We are the ISP that owns the IP prefix 103.116.88.0/23. Cloudflare geo location servers are listing this prefix as originating from Bangladesh however, that is incorrect. The prefix is actually being originated from Papua New Guinea. It seems Bangladesh IPs are being blocked by some domains that use cloudflare services and that is blocking our customers access domains that they would otherwise have no issue accessing using other ISPs in this part of the world. How can we get cloudflare to correct the geo location data of the prefix?
