PTR record(s) for the address could not be found in the .arpa-zone

It has been more than a week since I signed up for a free account. But, I think I am finally getting down to the wire.
I just checked my domain name on zonemaster.com and found the following errors:

All nameservers in the delegation have IPv4 addresses in the same AS (13335). Warning!
All nameservers in the delegation have IPv6 addresses in the same AS (13335). Warning!
All nameservers in the delegation are in the same AS (13335). Warning!

How do I go about correcting this?

All of Cloudflare’s nameservers are part of the same AS (1335). Cloudflare’s network spans 150+ geographic locations and we advertise the IP address for your namservers out of all of them. Having all nameservers on the same ASN could be an indication the servers are physically in the same spot… but that isn’t the case here at least in any meaningful way.

Information on Cloudflare’s availability and performance is tracked by a number of 3rd parties including: https://www.dnsperf.com/

So nothing to correct from our perspective.
