Can any one help me with this
recently I have to change phone lines and now on a new fixed IP address

Since this my reverse DNS has stopped working

I have tried also to add PTR record to cloudflare but not working
Am I looking in the wrong please

My domain name is hosted by UK2.net and the DNS there is pointed ad Cloudflare

My DNS and hosting is at cloudflare

I thought it was a cloudflare issue but is it I have to get UK2.net who host my domain name to add a PTR record in the background that I can not see there?

Any help would be much appreciated

Yes. PTR records have to be set by the owner of the IP address. Unless you control your own prefixes, setting PTR records at Cloudflare won’t do anything.
