Como incluir um registro PTR? na ajuda não conseguimos entender o que preencher nos campos e não entendemos se precisa criar um novo site para ser o reverse zone; ou se só basta criar um registro ptr no nosso site atual

PTR records must be created in the zone controlled by the network operator who has been assigned the IP. You need to ask the party who controls the IP how to create a PTR for it.
