Is this your site you manage and control, or do you merely have an admin account on the site? Do you control the Cloudflare account that the domain is under?
In any case…
The subdomain panel.servcentral.xyz is not proxied – it’s DNS-only and the request is bypasing Cloudflare’s proxy and going directly to your configured IP address.
So whatever “network error” you’re getting must be at your origin server, and nothing to do with Cloudflare.
NB: If you disabled Cloudflare proxy after posting this to be able to login, please provide details of the specific “network error” you’re seeing. And please confirm if you control the Cloudflare account the zone is under, or you only have an admin account but you don’t control it.

You’re obsiously new here… you have no clue the sort of questions that are asked here 
So you’re saying, when:
- the request goes through Cloudflare (ie Proxied
) – you have a problem - the request does not go through Cloudflare (ie DNS only
) – the problem persists
That should be proof that the problem is not at Cloudflare. The problem is at the server hosting the application (or perhaps even in the application itself).
