The domain has a Cloudflare proxy, that is not compatible with Shopify
What is the issue you’re encountering
Proxy Keeps Appearing in Cloudflare’s Deleted Domain
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS records
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
hello, at some point I registered a domain here, but then my client bought a server, and we transferred the domain to the server, for the same reason I deleted the Cloudflare domain, it turns out that now that we are configuring the domain for Shopify an alert comes out that it still has a proxy with Cloudflare “The domain has a Cloudflare proxy, that is not compatible with Shopify” as I deleted the domain from here I have no way to disconnect the proxies, I need help please, thanks
thanks for the information, I hope it resolves itself, I already talked to Shopify and they tell me that I should wait, what seems strange to me is that I unlinked the domain from Cloudflare days ago and it shouldn’t be indicating proxy
If your Shopify site is working ok, then just ignore it. It’s a false alarm.
A quick look shows I’ve had over 200 non-Cloudflare domains with Shopify DNS records go through my checker the past week which is much higher than I would expect, likely due to finding this issue, so I would assume it is happening to a lot of people.
