What is the issue you’re encountering

As per TOS it’s not allowed to proxy streaming services like jellyfin. In another post I read it’s due to the bug cache. Now I found out that I can create custom rules to exclude caching. So is it allowed to proxy such a streaming service for the WAF rules to apply, but exclude caching for it via rule?

If your DNS record is proxied you are still using the Cloudflare CDN even if not cached, which is not permitted, see…
