Proxy and Suspected Phishing

What is the name of the domain?

karseelloficial.com.br

What is the error number?

9030a3a59e841aa4

What is the error message?

Suspected Phishing. This website has been reported for potential phishing. Phishing is when a site attempts to steal sensitive information by falsely presenting as a safe source.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Proxy and phishing warning issues on my website I have configured my domain on Cloudflare to use “DNS Only” traffic, disabling the proxy. However, the tool checkforcloudflare.selesti.com still shows that my website is using Cloudflare CDN/Proxy, which is confusing since dnschecker.org indicates otherwise. Additionally, when accessing my website, I receive a “Suspected Phishing” warning with the following Cloudflare Ray ID: 9030a3a59e841aa4. This is affecting the user experience as visitors are unable to access my site. I need assistance to resolve this issue.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

    1. I confirmed in the Cloudflare dashboard that the proxy is disabled (set to “DNS Only”).
2.	I verified the DNS settings using dnschecker.org, which shows the correct origin server IP.
3.	I tested the domain with checkforcloudflare.selesti.com, which incorrectly reports that my site is still using the Cloudflare proxy.
4.	I checked the Cloudflare Ray ID associated with the phishing warning, but I couldn’t determine why my domain is flagged.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1.	Visit my domain: karseelloficial.com.br.
2.	Observe the “Suspected Phishing” warning message displayed by Cloudflare.
3.	Check the domain status using checkforcloudflare.selesti.com, which shows the site is using Cloudflare CDN/Proxy.

May I ask if you’ve checked your mailbox for any email from Abuse Cloudflare?

Did you followed the steps on your Dashboard and selected a Request review?

Only the team at the address you already contacted could help you in this case.
I am afraid the Cloudflare community cannot help here. You would need to discuss this with them.

Sorry for the issue, the Community does not have access to see any Trust & Safety cases, so we cannot assist further.

The Trust & Safety team has to get back to you. You will have to wait your turn in the T&S queue until the team review your case/issue (days, or a week).

When you Log into your Cloudflare dashboard you should see a message providing more details on the reason behind this flagging and how to request a review → https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/.

Example:

Thank you for the clarification. I have already checked my mailbox, including spam and junk folders, but I haven’t received any email from Abuse Cloudflare yet. I also followed the steps on my Cloudflare Dashboard and submitted a Request Review as instructed.

I understand that only the Trust & Safety team can assist in this matter, and I appreciate your guidance. I will await their response and monitor the queue, though I hope the review process won’t take too long.

If there’s anything else I can do in the meantime to expedite the process or ensure my request is properly reviewed, please let me know.

Thank you for your assistance and understanding!
