Hey,
I have a domain (www.mein-intumind.de) that is proxied 
via Cloudflare (cname).
As far as I know, when I update the entry, the cname record should update immediately, right?
It’s been 2 hours now and the records (A) are still the same as they should be, but pointing to the old server.
What am I missing here?

Changed it to A instead of cname but nothing changed since, same problem even with A-record.
Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.
Proxied 
records always point to Cloudflare IPs.
Proxied CNAMEs publish A and AAAA records. If you need a CNAME published, you cannot use the proxy.
