Provision of Non-HTML Content for Terms of Use

I’m thinking of turning on Cloudflare proxy for my blog, which transfers about 15GB of images per month.
The terms and conditions state that a disproportionate percentage of image images cannot be provided, does this also apply to traffic of about 15GB of images per month?
Is there a standard for providing a disproportionate percentage of images?

I’m currently using a free plan

Dont worry at that level. 15GB is really not much, also images are clearly 100% typical website assets, therefore you really dont have to worry untill you hit something like 1TB in cache/traffic.

Just make sure the content of your images is compliant with the terms.
