As has been said in the blog post, there’s the idea to provide IPv6 Spectrum to non‑Enterprise customers (preferably to even those on a Free plan), with the ability to pay extra for IPv4 for those who need it.
I would personally find this useful, once I get some stuff for my domain which isn’t just a static website.
