I Need to provide access to Security Bots > Bot Fight Mode to my coworker. Can I do this without full Admin access?

We use an application called Shipstation for batch processing of WooCommerce orders which doesn’t play nice with Bot Fight Mode. My coworker processes orders daily and I’d like to provide them access to toggle this setting on and off without also providing full admin access.

Can this be done and if so can someone let me know how please.
