Protecting WP Login Page

Does anyone know the steps to protecting my login page for a worpress site. I am looking for two-step authentication or something similar on Cloudflare.

I have Wordfence but would rather use Cloudflare. I can not find instructions on how to get this done.

That’s a good idea. However, I have more than one user whose IP addresses are dynamic, which would create a hassle.

I am really just looking for two-step authentication via a code emailed or through Google Authenticator.

Why not use one of the many WordPress 2FA plugins? If you’re using one of the major security plugins, chances are you have the feature already: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/2fa/

Yep, I agree. I have WordFence but wanted to use Cloudflare Zero Trust at the Edge level. Maybe I will just use that until I get updated documentation on how to utilize Zero Trust.

Well, you didn’t make that explicit in your post.

Here’s a fairly straightforward tutorial: How to Use Cloudflare Zero Trust For WordPress Login Pages

Note that some identity providers may require an enabling WordPress plugin or custom coding on the WordPress side to pull off.

The education and awareness of Zero Trust were all established within this feed. That’s perfect. Thank you. However, the file within the link renders a 404 error.

Sorry, link fixed.
