Unable to send and receive email after enabling Cloudflare using Inmotion shared hosting with Mailchannels.

Have you got this sorted already since you posted here some 9 hours ago?

If not, what specific error message/code do you get when you attempt to send an email from your domain? And what non-delivery response do you get when you try to send an email from a different email address (eg Gmail) to an email at your domain? (Would have if you could include full screenshots!)

Thanks George! Right now, when I try to access mail accounts using Outlook, I get this message: “We couldn’t connect to the incoming (IMAP) server using the specified encryption method.”
Nothing has changed on the client-side.

Just managed to get things working! Needed to add the mail A-records on the Cloudflare side. Thanks for your help!
