Is there anyone from Cloudflare who can share current progress of solving your billing system problems?

I have reported first incorrect invoice issues three months ago, still not solved (even thought the ticket was closed). My current ticket has been opened for a month without any actual response from your support team except the Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V of generic info shared on status page and here which does not work/apply to our case.

I have new colleagues in our company who can not access our systems because they do not have a license which I can not buy because the invoicing problems lasting weeks/months without any actual visible progress.

From the number of other issues reported here on community I can see that I am not the only one.

I can’t even pay my invoice cause the “pay online” thing is just highlighted and I can’t even click it. Cf makes it complicated for no reason at all. There’s no reason for users to download an invoice.

@cloonan How can one get attention from anyone from your support team? I have two similar tickets opened for 6 weeks and 2 weeks regarding Zero Trust, unpaid invoices and not being able to pay the invoice and use the product with no feedback from your support. :frowning_face:
