Profile Verification Email Issues

I signed up for a Cloudflare account yesterday and cannot get it to send a “verification email” even though when clicking the link in My Profile it says emails have been sent, they never arrive.

I signed up for the Cloudflare community afterwards, to post this issue, and was able to get a verification email to activate my community account without issue.

Is this a common thing? Do I need to open a ticket directly with Cloudflare to find out why they aren’t sending verification emails?

Your email was more than likely on a suppression list.
