You mention that stream has been restored. I am able to play old videos and upload new ones. But once the upload is complete the processing gets stuck and I cannnot use the video. I need to urgently upload new video for my users please help. Thank you. PS: you might be very busy with the issue you are having but you marked stream as recovered not sure if it is related but it seems its still not 100%

We just ran a few tests and playback for new uploads is working as expected. Happy to dig into your videos once we have an example id.
