Hello! What DNS record or rule should I add to my account so that when someone visits mysite(dot)com (without the WWW), that it re-routes to the main page of www.mysite.com.
Right now, if you type in “mysite.com”, it simply says the site does not exist. I’d love to be able to re-route traffic if they forget the WWW so that I’m covered either way.
I suspect you are missing the DNS record required for the page rule to work, as the rule itself sounds fine. This tutorial covers your case, you basically need to add any record for the root domain, we generally suggest an A record pointing to 192.0.2.1.
