Problems with this provider

Hi everyone.
I have an unexplained problem with this network provider.
Enel S.P.A. AS202098

All users with this carrier are unable to access my website.

My tests:

  • If I disable proxy and if I disable cloudflare, users log in.
  • Clearing the cache doesn’t solve anything.
  • Deleting the website and recreating it from scratch solves nothing.
  • The firewall is not active, there are no rules.
  • My subscription is the free one, so I don’t have any special blocking settings.
  • I disabled https, it doesn’t solve anything.
  • Access only via http, it doesn’t work anyway.
  • I also generated the ssl and uploaded it to my server, but it still doesn’t work.
  • The register is namecheap.
  • The domain extension is .NL
  • customers have set DNS 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 and it still doesn’t work

I’ve tried them all, I no longer know what to do other than abandon Cloudflare or disable the latter, thus making everything useless.

Users access other websites with Cloudflare.

What can I do?

I was wondering, could it be that some Cloudflare IPs are on this provider’s blocklist?

It’s possible, you’d have to check with the provider.

Do the visitors see any message when trying to connect or does it just time out?

You should always do that anyway. Make sure your SSL/TLS settings are set to “Full (strict)”.

Hi thanks for the quick response.

Yes, TLS SSL is restricted.

No, no error appears, it times out.

Unfortunately it is useless to contact the telephone operator, because there are more than one user who has this problem, plus whoever is at the switchboard does not see any anomalies and cannot do anything.
I was wondering if there was a way to change the cloudflare IP to my domain. If it can be done, how should I proceed?

sorry I spelled it wrong, it’s ssl/tls is on full

up… :frowning:

same problem here, AS202098 blocks a good number of cloudflare addrs ping and traceroute are all good
