I have contacted my hosting because the cron job is not running correctly.

I have been told that “when the cron task is executed, a 403 error is received by Cloudflare servers, unlike if the request is made directly to the server without going through Cloudflare.”

What can I do to get this error corrected?

You need to create a firewall rule that bypasses your settings that is specific for the cron job.
