Problems with email / Need help

Hello,

We’re using Gandi as our email provider and they are telling us to change the MX records to the following

@ 10800 IN MX 10 spool.mail.gandi.net.
@ 10800 IN MX 50 fb.mail.gandi.net.
@ 10800 IN TXT “v=spf1 include:_mailcust.gandi.net ?all”

I’m not very tech savy when it comes to DNS stuff, do I make three MX records with each line as server? If anyone could help me out with this by telling me exactly step by step how to do this i’d appreciate it a lot!

The first two are records of type MX, the 3rd is type TXT. For all 3 the host name would be @ which indicates the root and the values would then be those specified in the records. When you select the value field for Mx it will ask for name and priority. You can ignore the 10800 value it is a suggested TTL and there’s no reason it needs to be that; the default its probably just fine.
