What is the issue you’re encountering
We recently activated the Pro plan on Cloudflare to use the DNS Proxy feature to generate connection insights. However, we are currently unable to use this feature due to accessibility issues affecting certain machines. Some of our clients, particularly those using Vivo’s internet service (a Brazilian ISP), are unable to access services through the affected DNS entry. Affected DNS Entry: ilinkdemo.cvortex.com We are looking for assistance in identifying the cause and resolving this issue so that we can fully utilize the DNS Proxy feature without disrupting access.
