Problems Getting to - Blocked

We use an external cloud-based proxy from Broadcom (Formerly Symantec, Formerly Blue Coat) and have recently been getting blocked getting to with a Error 1020 and Ray ID: 53fe83aa4d46c80a 2019-12-04 14:36:44 UTC.

Thank you. However I am not sure where I am supposed to do this from the page you list above. I am not a CloudFlare customer, nor am I coming from an IP belonging to my company, but from a shared data pod registered to Symantec. Sorry for the newb questions. :slight_smile:

So that is not your website? In that case there is little you can do. The website owner blocked you based on certain criteria and thats it.

Not my website, and unfortunately, since the IP our web traffic comes from, we are blocked from this resource, until we get an IP that is not blocked. In the meantime, I’ll reach out to Talos (Cisco) and ask them to modify their rule. Thank you for your time and kindness in answering this inquiry.
