Don’t receive the email

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Already tried many times to creat a API Token for Wordpress but we don’t receive the email.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Select the Wordpres Template
  2. Didn’t make any changes on the permission zones of the token
  3. Click Create Token and a message saying “Please verify your email.” is showned but the don’t receive any email

Hi there,

There’s no email.
Simply navigate to your profile → API Tokens and press Create Token, then use the template named WordPress.
The token is shown to you at the end after you press the last Create Token button.

If you’re referring to the email to verify the account, please go to My Profile and press the Send verification email.

Hi

We click on Create Token and then select Wordpress template and when we click to creat the token we get this error bellow.
